William Hess’ primary areas of practice include Criminal Defense, DUI, Criminal Traffic, Family Law/Divorce (and related matters) and representation of parents, grandparents, prospective adoptive parents and caregivers before the Department of Children and Families, and civil litigation and related matters in each practice area..

 

Kathryn began her career as an associate of Holland & Knight in Miami, Florida and subsequently as an associate with the Miami office of the New York law firm of White & Case before moving to Stuart in 1992. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has handled immigration cases before USCIS, USCBP and USDHS/ICE.

 

Kathryn Heathcock’s practice is exclusively limited to US Immigration and Nationality law; she represents individuals and corporations with respect to visas, including H1b specialty occupation employees/petitioning employers, E-1/E-2 investment visas, L-1 intracompany transferees, TN NAFTA, E-3 (Australia), H1b1 (Chile and Singapore), O-1/P-1 (persons of extraordinary ability), fiancé visas, SIJ and U visas. Ms. Heathcock also represents persons seeking US Permanent Residence (green cards) with respect to marriage and removal of conditions, parents, siblings, employment based residency, including labor certifications as well as Naturalization and immigration consequences of criminal convictions
